Terms of Service

1. What this is

Dromes of Perim is an unofficial, non-commercial fan recreation of the Chaotic trading card game. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Sign-in is through Discord only. You must meet Discord's eligibility requirements, including their minimum age to create an account (currently 13 in most regions). We do not operate a separate age verification beyond requiring a Discord account.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity on your linked Discord account. One person per account — do not share credentials or automate sign-in.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or collude to manipulate ranked play.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at abusive rates, or attack infrastructure.
• Do not use the service for commercial purposes.
• Report match bugs through the in-game report tool when available.

We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these rules or threaten service stability. Ranked integrity reviews may be manual during beta.

5. Beta disclaimer

This is a public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Progress, ratings, and collections may be reset. The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual property

Chaotic, card art, rules text, and related marks belong to their respective owners. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by any rights holder. See the fan project notice for details.

7. Termination

You may delete your account from your profile page (anonymized retention). We may shut down or limit access to the service at any time, including in response to rights-holder requests.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
